Made in Accokeek, Maryland, this 92FS has the standard-profile slide with the open-top design and rear vertical serrations. The frame has a non-railed dust cover and a matte black finish that matches the slide.
Its short-recoil, DA/SA system uses the proven falling locking-block design. The 92FS slide-retention enhancement employs an enlarged hammer pin that engages a notch in the slide. An ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker provides familiar 92-series controls.
Sight configuration includes an integral front sight with a white dot and a dovetailed rear notch. Control details include a squared trigger guard, front strap vertical serrations, a spurred hammer, and a lanyard loop at the frame heel.
The 4.9 in steel barrel and 15+1 capacity deliver the classic 92FS format. Two included 15-round steel magazines with stamped witness holes support the platform and round out the package with the original case and owner's manual.
