Walther builds this .22 LR Government Model under license from Colt, combining the familiar 1911 control layout with a fixed-barrel blowback action. The result is a full-size 1911-22 with a 5-inch steel barrel and 10+1 capacity, set up for straightforward single-action-only operation.
The pistol wears a matte black finish over a zinc-alloy frame and features a flat mainspring housing. It is appointed with a commander-style ring hammer and a skeletonized long three-hole trigger. Checkered black synthetic double-diamond grips complete the 1911 profile.
Sighting is via low-profile 3-dot sights with a dovetailed front and a rear that is drift-adjustable for windage. An integral Picatinny rail with five slots is machined into the dust cover, ready for compatible rail-mounted accessories.
