The G21 Gen4 is a full-size .45 ACP with a 4.61-inch steel barrel using Glock’s polygonal rifling in an octagonal profile and a 1:15.75 RH twist. Capacity is 13+1 with the included double-stack factory magazines. The pistol is the non-compensated configuration.
Gen4 updates include the dual recoil spring assembly, an enlarged and reversible magazine release, and the Modular Back Strap system. The included, unopened backstrap kit lets the shooter tailor grip size while preserving the Gen4 ergonomics. The polymer frame integrates an accessory rail for mounting the included laser.
The slide features rear serrations and a durable nitrided finish. Factory fixed tritium night sights are installed, with an H3-marked tritium front and a two-dot tritium rear, providing a clear three-dot picture. A Crimson Trace green laser (rail-mounted) is installed for an additional aiming reference.
Austrian manufacture is confirmed by the slide and frame markings and the “MADE IN AUSTRIA / GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA.” frame legend. The barrel hood bears a CIP-style proof mark and an “AT” marking. Matching serial numbers are visible on major components, underscoring originality.
