Built by A. Uberti and imported by Navy Arms, this Schofield faithfully follows the U.S. Cavalry configuration with a 7-inch ribbed steel barrel and fixed iron sights. It is marked with NAVY ARMS CO. RIDGEFIELD, N.J.
and A. UBERTI MADE IN ITALY, with the left barrel stamped "CAL. 45 L.C."
The action is single-action with the iconic top-break design and an automatic star extractor that ejects all spent cases simultaneously. The six-shot fluted cylinder is blued to match the frame and barrel.
Sighting is traditional: a pinned brass blade front and an integral V-notch rear. The high-polish blued finish contrasts with the color case-hardened latch, hammer, and trigger guard for an authentic period look.
The revolver wears smooth two-piece wood grips. The right grip base shows "18W" alongside two oval cartouches. This example does not have a lanyard ring. A matching serial is noted on the latch and on the box label.
