The G20 Gen5 MOS combines Glock's full-size 10mm frame with a 15+1 capacity and Gen5 enhancements. Dimensions are tailored for control: 4.61 in barrel, 8.07 in overall length, 5.51 in height, and 1.38 in overall width (1.12 in slide width). Weight is 25.22 oz without a magazine, 28.40 oz with an empty magazine, and 37.21 oz loaded.
The 4.61 in GLOCK Marksman Barrel features revised rifling and an improved crown for consistent accuracy. The slide wears a matte black nDLC finish and includes front and rear serrations. It is cut for the factory MOS interface, ships with the MOS cover plate installed, and includes a Glock MOS adapter plate.
The polymer frame uses the Gen5 texture with no finger grooves and includes interchangeable backstraps and a flared magwell for fast reloads. A reversible magazine release supports left- or right-handed use, and the frame has an accessory rail. The Safe Action system provides Glock's proven, consistent striker-fired operation with an approximate 5.8 lb trigger pull.
Sighting is straightforward with fixed polymer sights: a white-dot front and a white-outline U-notch rear, with the rear blade marked 6.5. This U.S.-made pistol carries the correct USA slide marking, a US proof on the barrel hood, and "MADE IN USA - GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" on the frame.
