Made in Russia by Vyatskie Polyany Molot-Oruzhie Ltd., this Vepr-12 is the VPO-205 series configuration with a stamped steel RPK-pattern receiver. It runs a semi-automatic action with a 3-inch chamber and uses a manual safety selector with S and F legend markings.
The 19-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a cylindrical ported brake featuring a crenellated face. This setup pairs durability with practical recoil and muzzle control characteristics appropriate to the platform.
Its hinged top cover integrates a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting, while the adjustable AK/RPK-style iron sights include a tangent rear with windage and elevation settings. This gives the shotgun a robust sighting system out of the box.
