Made in Germany and proof-marked with Eagle/N stamps, this 1997 KH-coded P226 represents the classic configuration many enthusiasts look for. The non-railed legacy frame keeps the original profile, while vertical front-strap serrations and a lightly beveled magazine well support confident handling and smooth reloads.
The slide assembly reflects the period-correct German construction: a stamped-steel slide with a pinned breech block, internal extractor, and transverse roll pin. This setup is tied to the P226’s well-known short-recoil, locked-breech operating system.
The hard-anodized aluminum-alloy frame houses a DA/SA action with a decocking lever and a firing-pin block. A curved trigger and spurred hammer provide a traditional control layout. Two-piece black checkered grip panels deliver a secure, no-nonsense hold.
Sight regulation is via fixed 3-dot contrast sights, pairing a white-dot front with a 2-dot rear. The 4.4-inch barrel and 10+1 capacity round out a full-size package that was imported by SIGARMS Exeter, NH and remains faithful to the 1990s German-made P226 pattern.
