The Model 9410 Traditional uses the proven Model 94 pattern lever-action receiver adapted for .410 Bore. It was manufactured by USRAC in New Haven, Connecticut, and carries Winchester markings including "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL," "MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A.," and "MODEL 9410 SHOTGUN - .410 BORE - 2 1/2 inch ONLY."
The 24 inch round barrel is blued steel with a smoothbore interior and fixed cylinder constriction. The choke is unmarked, but a drop-in gauge indicates a Cylinder choke. Chambering is 2.5 inch shells only. Positive angle ejection promotes reliable clearing of spent shells.
The magazine is a full-length tubular design secured by two barrel bands and holds 5 rounds. The action is lever-operated with a rebounding hammer and an early cross-bolt safety configuration for added control.
Sighting is straightforward and visible, with a ramped green fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable open rear sight. The receiver and barrel are finished in blued steel for a classic look consistent with the Traditional series.
