The Shadow 2 Compact format pairs a 4.0 inch cold hammer forged barrel with a forged 7075 aluminum alloy frame for durability and a balanced feel. Capacity is 15+1 with flush-fit magazines, and the pistol uses a DA/SA action with a manual safety and no decocker.
Controls and handling features include a reversible, checkered magazine release, an ambidextrous manual safety, and a skeletonized ring hammer. The slide has front and rear serrations for positive manipulation, and the dustcover carries a 3-slot M1913/Picatinny accessory rail.
The optics-ready interface is the same low-mounted pattern used on the full-size Shadow 2 OR. A Holosun 407K/507K footprint plate is installed. Per the design, the rear sight is mounted on the optics plate; on this example, the rear sight has been removed for optic use. The front sight is a red fiber-optic unit.
Markings include C.I.P. proof marks with the "24" year code and a CZ-USA Hartford, CT importer mark, with country of origin listed as the Czech Republic. Serial numbers are present on the frame, slide, and barrel hood, and the "24" year mark near the ejection port indicates 2024 proof.
