The PA-63 format delivers a compact, carry-friendly profile with a 3.75 in barrel and a 7+1 capacity in 9x18mm Makarov. Its DA/SA blowback action pairs with a slide-mounted safety/decocker and an external ring hammer for familiar, straightforward operation.

Controls are set up with a left-side push-button magazine release (not heel-type) and a slide-mounted safety/decocker. A left-side lanyard ring is fitted at the frame. Grips are black, checkered, two-piece panels retained by screws.
Markings include "PA-63" and "MADE IN HUNGARY" on the slide, "9mm MAK." on the barrel hood, Hungarian proof and inspection stamps on the frame, and an import mark from K.B.I., Inc., Harrisburg, PA.
It comes with two steel 7-round magazines, each a single-stack design with alloy baseplates stamped "3288" to match the last four digits of the pistol's serial. The original green box and an FEG PMK-380/PMK/S-380 manual annotated for PA-63 complete the package.
