Built for durability and control, the Mark 23 pairs a one-piece machined steel slide with a corrosion-resistant finish and a polymer frame reinforced by steel inserts and a mechanical recoil-reduction system. The full-size grip frame includes an accessory rail to mount compatible lights or lasers as desired.
The 5.87 in factory-threaded barrel uses the M16x1 RH pattern and includes a knurled thread protector. HK's serviceable O-ring at the muzzle and polygonal bore are designed to enhance barrel-to-slide consistency, and the 7.76 in sight radius helps deliver a clear sight picture.
Controls are classic HK: a DA/SA trigger system with a manual safety and decocking lever, an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release, and internal firing pin safety. The suppressor-height 3-dot irons feature a fixed front and a rear adjustable for windage and elevation.
