The VP9A1 F Optics Ready configuration provides a factory-cut slide with a cover plate installed and an included HK Plate #2 for RMR-pattern optics, giving you a straightforward path to mounting a red dot. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the slide wears a durable black ferritic nitrocarburized finish.
The cold hammer-forged barrel measures approximately 4.5 in and uses polygonal rifling. The striker-fired system pairs with an enhanced trigger that uses a nickel-Teflon-coated trigger bar. A rear striker status indicator provides quick visual and tactile confirmation.
Controls are fully ambidextrous with slide-stop levers on both sides and HK’s paddle-style magazine releases. The frame is polymer with interchangeable grip panels and backstrap to tailor fit, a flared and beveled magwell for smooth reloads, and an integral Picatinny-type accessory rail.
Fixed iron sights include a front post with a luminous dot and a serrated, blacked rear square-notch. This pistol is a current VP9A1 F OR configuration, German manufactured and marked with CIP N and DE proofs, and carries HKI Columbus, GA import labeling. Capacity is 20+1 with the included 20-round magazine, and 17+1 with the included standard-length magazine.
