Romanian-made by Romarm/Cugir, this PSL-54C is a semi-automatic 7.62x54R rifle built on a stamped AK/RPK-pattern receiver with a 24.5-inch threaded barrel and PSL-pattern muzzle brake. It features classic wood furniture with a fixed thumbhole stock and integral cheekpiece, iron sights, and a 10-round steel magazine. Markings are present on the right side of the receiver, and overall condition is very good with light signs of prior handling.

Bore Overall Condition: Good - Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor scratches and blemishes are present. There is pitting near the chamber and on the gas tube, along with finish wear on the barrel at the top of the chamber.

Built on a stamped steel AK/RPK-pattern receiver, this PSL-54C uses a long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt and a 10+1 capacity in 7.62x54R. The right side of the receiver carries importer/manufacturer markings, and the top cover is ribbed in the PSL style.
The 24.5-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a cylindrical multi-vent PSL-pattern muzzle brake. A bayonet lug is positioned behind the front sight base, adding to the rifle's correct pattern features.
Furniture is wood throughout, including a fixed, skeletonized thumbhole stock with an integral cheekpiece and a 12.5-inch length of pull. The handguards are wood as well, with a lower piece that has three elongated ventilation slots per side and a smooth upper on the gas tube.
Sights are iron, with a hoodless front post in a protective tower and an AK-style tangent rear sight with meter graduations. The included detachable steel magazine features X-pressed reinforcing ribs consistent with PSL-pattern mags.
