Built on a stamped AKM-pattern receiver with magazine well dimples, this RH 10 is chambered in 7.62x39 and uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated, long-stroke piston system. It is marked "ROMARM/CUGIR MADE IN ROMANIA" and imported by C.A.I., Georgia, VT, with a matte black finish over the stamped steel receiver.
The 16.25-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a birdcage-style flash hider. It retains classic AK sighting with a standard front sight post and protective ears, paired with an AK tangent rear sight on a windage-adjustable RPK-style base. The rifle uses the traditional separate gas block and front sight block layout.
Enhanced ergonomics and modularity come from the installed Magpul furniture. The MOE AKM handguard provides M-LOK slots, the MOE AK pistol grip improves control, and the Magpul Zhukov-S stock folds and adjusts for length of pull (approximately 12–14.5 inches). The stock hardware is marked Made in USA.
A left-side receiver optics mount (AK-311M) with a Picatinny top rail is installed. The rifle accepts detachable AK-pattern double-stack magazines and includes three 30-round Magpul PMAGs. Stated capacity is 30+1.
