The M1911 A1-CS follows the classic 1911 pattern in a compact/Officer-length format with a 3.5 inch barrel and a single-stack 7+1 capacity. It is a single-action, hammer-fired pistol with a left-side manual thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety for confident, familiar handling.
The slide is configured with rear cocking serrations, a lowered ejection port, and no front serrations. Sights are dovetailed and low-profile, with a ramped front and a matching rear for a clean, snag-resistant profile.
Controls and components include a skeletonized, three-slot trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer. The frame has a smooth front strap, and the grips are checkered synthetic panels with Rock Island Armory medallions. The finish is matte dark.
Markings include APINTL – Pahrump NV and ACP Philippines, along with the Rock Island Armory crest/logo. This example comes with two 7-round magazines, the original RIA hard case and owner's manual, and the factory inspection tag that matches the pistol's serial number.
