The Remington V3 Field Sport is a U.S.-made 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun built around Remington's VersaPort gas system with in-receiver return springs for consistent cycling. This example features a 28 in vent-rib steel barrel threaded for Rem Choke tubes, a drilled-and-tapped aluminum alloy receiver with Ilion, New York markings, and a black synthetic stock with a SuperCell recoil pad. It comes in excellent condition and includes Modified (installed), Full, and Improved Cylinder chokes.

The V3's gas-operated action uses the VersaPort system with in-receiver return springs, designed to handle both 2 3/4 and 3 in 12 gauge shells. Capacity is 4 rounds, and controls include a cross-bolt safety. The aluminum alloy receiver keeps weight balanced while maintaining durability.
The 28 in steel barrel has a vent rib with a matte finish and a white front bead. It is threaded for the Rem Choke system and arrives with a Modified choke installed, plus Full and Improved Cylinder tubes, allowing quick setup for field versatility. A choke wrench is included for easy changes.
The black synthetic stock and forend feature molded texture for secure handling. A SuperCell recoil pad and a 14.25 in length of pull deliver a comfortable, stable mount. Front and rear sling attachment points are present, and the stock includes a rear sling stud.
The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting a base, and it carries Ilion, New York manufacturer markings. Overall fit and finish are clean and functional, with a uniform black finish that complements the Field Sport configuration.
