It includes a one-piece Picatinny scope rail and a knurled thread protector, with a detachable 5-round magazine marked for 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel, and 6mm ARC. The rifle retains a clean, matte blued finish throughout.

The Mini Action receiver is scaled for 7.62x39-class cartridges, delivering a short bolt throw and compact handling. The two-lug bolt uses a recessed face, plunger ejector, and external extractor, with the bolt release located at the left rear of the receiver.
The 22-inch barrel is cold-hammer-forged with a sporter contour and matte blued finish. It is threaded at the muzzle and fitted with a knurled protector. The rifle ships without iron sights and has a one-piece Picatinny rail installed for mounting optics.
The walnut stock features a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, cut checkering for a secure hold, a rubber recoil pad, and sling-swivel studs. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches.
Controls include a three-position safety at the right rear and the Howa H.A.C.T. two-stage, user-adjustable trigger. The trigger-guard and magwell assembly are polymer to keep weight down while maintaining durability.
A detachable 5-round box magazine provides a 5+1 capacity. The magazine body is marked "7.62x39 / 6.5 GRENDEL / 6MM ARC." The rifle is marked "Made in Japan" and is imported by Legacy Sports International, Reno, NV.
