It uses a straight-blowback system paired with a hydraulic buffer, accepts CZ Scorpion-pattern magazines, and features fully ambidextrous lower controls with a proprietary push-button magazine release. Custom touches include a Magpul adjustable stock, a FAB Defense VTS-M angled hand stop, and a metal front sight with an S hex logo.

The dedicated compact 9mm upper and lower are purpose-built for the platform. The upper deletes the forward assist and dust cover, incorporates an enlarged ejection port with an integrated brass deflector, and mates to a fully ambidextrous lower. The proprietary ambi push-button magazine release and mirrored controls support left- or right-handed operation. The rifle feeds from CZ Scorpion-pattern magazines, giving buyers a widely available mag interface.
The cold hammer-forged S2W heavy-profile barrel is paired with a 1:10 twist for 9mm projectiles and features 1/2x28 threads. It sits inside a Daniel Defense DD4 7.0 M free-float M-LOK handguard. The handguard provides a continuous, T-marked Picatinny top rail and carries patent marking US 7,716,865. Its aluminum construction keeps the system rigid while allowing direct M-LOK accessory mounting.
Ergonomics are enhanced with a Magpul adjustable stock and a textured pistol grip with DFCO logo. The observed length of pull range is approximately 9.5-13.5 in (stock dependent). A FAB Defense VTS-M angled hand stop is installed for index and control, and textured bolt-on M-LOK rail panel covers are fitted for grip and heat management. A metal front sight with S hex logo is installed.
The receivers are aluminum with a hard-anodized finish and are rollmarked DDPCC in 9x19 with Black Creek, GA USA markings. The straight-blowback action is tuned with a hydraulic buffer for reliable cycling.
