This Brawler uses a single-shot, break-action system with a single-action-only trigger and an external hammer. A left-side barrel release lever sits behind the hammer for straightforward operation. Safety features include a cross-bolt safety and a transfer bar.
The 9 in alloy-steel barrel is rifled with six grooves and a 1:24 RH twist to stabilize .45 Colt loads, while the chamber accepts 3 in .410 shotshells for added versatility. Capacity is one round.
Sighting is simple and durable: a ramped fiber-optic front pairs with a serrated fixed rear notch that is integrated into the full-length Picatinny top rail. The rail runs the length of the receiver and barrel rib.
Construction centers on a steel receiver with a polymer overmold and matte black oxide finish. A polymer forend and a rubber, finger-grooved pistol grip with the Rossi medallion provide a secure, hand-filling hold.
Overall length is 14 in with weight around 36.7–36.8 oz. The pistol is manufactured in Brazil by CBC and imported by Braztech International in Bainbridge, GA. Markings include: MADE IN BRAZIL BY CBC and BRAZTECH INTERNATIONAL, BAINBRIDGE, GA. The model was introduced in 2023.
