The COMP variant features an integral compensator with two upward ports machined into the slide. This factory configuration is part of the P365 XSeries and is built around a modular steel FCU in a polymer frame with aggressive grip texture and interchangeable backstraps.
The stainless-steel slide wears a Nitron black finish and includes front and rear serrations. It has an optics cut for RMSc/ROMEOZero pattern sights and ships with a cover plate that incorporates the rear sight.
Factory SIG XRAY3 day/night tritium sights are installed, using a green tritium front dot and a two-dot tritium rear. The pistol retains a three-slot M1913 accessory rail for lights or other rail-mounted accessories.
This striker-fired model uses the X-Series flat-faced trigger and a 3.1-inch barrel. Capacity is 17+1 with the included factory SIG Sauer steel magazines, which are compatible with the P365 XMACRO format.
Markings and packaging details include the manufacturer part number 365XCA-9-COMP and a case label dated December 30, 2025. The pistol is made in the United States.
