The Model 4006 is a third-generation, full-size .40 S&W with an all-stainless slide and frame in matte finish. It pairs a 4-inch barrel with an approximate 7.5-inch overall length and an unloaded weight of about 37.3 ounces, delivering the solid feel and durability associated with this series.
Controls are duty-focused and familiar: DA/SA operation, a slide-mounted ambidextrous safety/decocker, a left-side magazine release, and a spurred external hammer. The slide includes rear serrations, an external extractor, and a lowered ejection port.
