The P226 Legion configuration brings practical upgrades and distinctive Legion identifiers. It features an aluminum alloy frame with a matte gray finish, Legion medallion grips, and the LEGION mark on the slide. The extended beavertail and checkering on the frontstrap, backstrap, and under the trigger guard provide a confident, consistent grip.
Its sighting system consists of 3-dot tritium night sights, with a bright green TG-H3-marked tritium front and a 2-dot tritium rear. The slide wears front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation. This example is an irons-only, pre-R2 configuration with no optic cut.
The controls and operation are classic P226 Legion: DA/SA, hammer-fired, recoil-operated, with a decocker, an exposed spurred hammer, and a reversible magazine release. An integral 3-slot Picatinny accessory rail supports common lights or lasers.
