This Savage Arms Model 116 is a stainless, long-action .300 Win. Mag. built on the 110-series design with a 24 in sporter-contour barrel and a black synthetic stock. It features the pre-AccuTrigger configuration with a three-position tang safety, and comes with a Bushnell Banner 6-18x50 scope with a fine crosshair reticle included but not mounted. Two-piece silver scope bases are installed, and a LimbSaver recoil pad has been fitted for added comfort.

The Model 116 uses the proven long-action 110-series layout with a right-hand bolt and a round knob, chambered here in .300 Win. Mag. The 24 in stainless sporter barrel has an unthreaded muzzle, and the receiver and barrel wear a satin stainless finish.
This rifle is a pre-AccuTrigger example with a non-AccuTrigger and a three-position tang safety. It feeds from an internal magazine with a 3+1 capacity, offering a straightforward, reliable setup for a magnum hunting cartridge.
Optics setup is simple: the receiver is drilled and tapped and already fitted with two-piece silver scope bases. A Bushnell Banner 6-18x50 scope with a fine crosshair reticle is included but not mounted, and silver rings are provided. The included rings do not have mounting hardware. There are no factory iron sights.
The black synthetic stock features molded checkering and sling swivel studs. A LimbSaver rubber recoil pad is installed, bringing the length of pull to 13.75 in. An elastic buttstock shell holder with cheek sleeve is also installed. Made in the USA.
