The first-generation M&P9 Pro Series long-slide (SKU 209501) brings the extended 5-inch configuration to the M&P platform. This example is a full-size 9mm Luger model with a 17+1 capacity and includes two factory 17-round magazines.
The slide wears a black Melonite/Armornite finish and features wavy rear cocking serrations, no front serrations, and an external extractor. The stainless steel barrel includes a loaded chamber viewport and uses 5-groove, right-hand rifling (5RH).
Sights are set up for fast acquisition: a green fiber-optic front sight paired with a plain black, low-mount dovetail rear. The pistol retains its factory Pro Series configuration as described.
The black polymer frame incorporates an integral beavertail and a three-slot accessory rail. Controls include an ambidextrous slide stop and a reversible magazine release. The frame is marked with "CAUTION - CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED," indicating there is no magazine disconnect.
