This early-1990s Smith & Wesson Model 60-7 is a stainless J-frame snub with a 1.875 inch barrel and a 5-shot fluted cylinder. It is a classic pre-.357 Magnum .38 Special-only dash variant from the Model 60 lineage. The revolver is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore, and it comes with the factory blue box and S&W "Revolvers" manual.

The Model 60-7 pairs a stainless steel frame and cylinder with a compact 1.875 inch ribbed barrel, delivering the trusted J-frame profile in a durable, corrosion-resistant build. Its 5-shot fluted cylinder and round-butt frame keep the package slim and carry-friendly while retaining classic Model 60 lines.
Sights are fixed, with a serrated ramp front and a square-notch rear integral to the topstrap. Longitudinal serrations along the topstrap add an anti-glare surface for a clean sight picture.
The revolver runs in double-action/single-action with an exposed, color-casehardened hammer and a smooth trigger, also color-casehardened. It features a hammer-mounted firing pin, a short exposed non-shrouded ejector rod, and a standard checkered cylinder latch. Black rubber boot-style grips with molded checkering provide a secure hold.
Factory markings include the S&W monogram Trade Mark logo and "MADE IN U.S.A. / MARCAS REGISTRADAS / SMITH & WESSON / SPRINGFIELD, MASS." As a pre-.357 Magnum .38 Special-only dash variant produced in the early 1990s, this 60-7 represents a notable configuration within the Model 60 lineage.
