This Norinco Model 320 is a 9mm UZI-pattern semi-auto carbine imported in 1993 by A.C.C. International/INTRAC of Knoxville, TN. It features a stamped-steel receiver with three longitudinal ribs per side, a top-mounted charging handle, and a plain 16-inch unthreaded barrel. The sporterized configuration uses a hardwood thumbhole stock and a ribbed polymer fore-end. It comes with six steel UZI-pattern stick magazines, a magazine loader, and a separate knurled barrel nut.

The magazine well is integrated into the stock ahead of the trigger guard, and a left-side sling loop is set at the front of the receiver. Controls include a selector window marked F/S with a red F.
The carbine uses a plain 16-inch barrel that is unthreaded, with a knurled front receiver collar. Sighting is via durable iron sights: a protected front post in a ventilated tower without a bayonet lug, and a flip rear aperture with a windage drum.
The sporterized furniture includes a fixed hardwood thumbhole stock with a glossy lacquer finish and a ribbed polymer fore-end. Length of pull is 16 inches, providing a stable shoulder mount. The action is a semi-automatic blowback system chambered in 9mm Luger with a listed capacity of 50+1.
