This Israel-made IWI Tavor SAR is a compact 5.56 NATO bullpup with a 16.5 in cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined CMV barrel and a 1:7 twist. It features a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail with integrated folding backup iron sights, side and bottom accessory rail sections, and a right-hand ejection setup with the port cover installed. The SAR model was discontinued in 2017, adding appeal for buyers seeking the original Tavor configuration. It comes in very good condition with an excellent bore and includes a 30-round SIGARMS-marked magazine, operator manual, rail covers, and an installed vertical foregrip.

The Tavor SAR uses a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt for dependable operation. Controls include a left-side charging handle and a manual safety selector. This example is configured for right-hand ejection with the port cover installed and feeds from STANAG-compatible magazines for broad magazine compatibility.
The 16.5 in barrel is chrome-moly-vanadium steel, cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and threaded, and it wears an A2-pattern flash hider. The 1:7 twist rate is well-suited to common 5.56 NATO loads. These features are designed for durability and consistent performance.
A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail with integrated folding backup iron sights runs the length of the receiver, and additional side and bottom rail sections support accessories.
