This Kalashnikov USA KP-9 is a U.S.-made 9x19mm AK-pattern short-barreled rifle configured from a KP-9 receiver-marked firearm. It features a 9.25-inch threaded barrel with a short multi-baffle brake installed, a hinged top cover with a numbered Picatinny rail, and a side-folding polymer stock. The package includes three 30-round proprietary KP-9 magazines and the factory-labeled hard case.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are some minor scratches and blemishes present. NFA engravings are located on the receiver just in front of the magazine well.

The KP-9 follows the PP-19-01 Vityaz-SN concept, scaled for 9mm Luger and built in the United States on a stamped-steel receiver with a matte black finish. It uses a semi-automatic, simple blowback action and feeds from proprietary double-stack 9mm magazines.
The 9.25-inch barrel is threaded and currently fitted with a short multi-baffle brake-type muzzle device. The configuration provides compact handling suitable for an SBR while maintaining reliable blowback operation in the 9mm chambering.
Furniture includes a side-folding polymer stock installed with a 12.5-inch length of pull and two-piece ribbed polymer handguards. Controls are AK-pattern, with a paddle-style magazine release and a right-side safety/selector that incorporates a bolt-hold-open notch.
Sighting equipment consists of iron sights with a protected post front and an open-notch rear mounted at the top-cover hinge. The hinged top cover integrates a numbered Picatinny rail for mounting compatible accessories.
Capacity is 30+1 with KP-9 proprietary magazines. Three 30-round Kalashnikov USA polymer magazines are included, aligning with the platform’s intended magazine pattern and geometry.
