The 26 in stainless heavy-profile barrel is cold hammer-forged and threaded 5/8x24, and it wears the factory Area 419 Hellfire self-timing multi-port brake. The barrel is user-interchangeable, giving the platform flexibility for future barrel changes while retaining the stainless action that is mechanically bedded for consistent alignment.
The bolt features a three-lug design with a short lift for fast cycling. The Timney Elite Hunter single-stage adjustable trigger provides a clean break, and a two-position safety offers straightforward operation.
The aluminum chassis and forend are finished in Olive Drab and include an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable length of pull with tool-less adjustments. The chassis is skeletonized to reduce weight, uses an AR-15–type textured pistol grip, and the aluminum handguard provides M-LOK slots with an ARCA-style underside for rapid positional setup.
A factory T-marked Picatinny optics rail etched 20 MOA / 5.8 MRAD is installed to extend elevation travel with long-range optics. Daniel Defense lists a sub-0.50 MOA factory accuracy guarantee with match ammo, underscoring the rifle’s precision intent.
