This Ruger Precision Rifle is the 5.56 NATO Target Chamber variant, roll-marked "5.56 NATO TARGET CHAMBER" and built in 2017. It features a 20-inch 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel with 5R rifling and a 1:7-inch twist, a factory 20-MOA receiver rail, and Ruger’s adjustable chassis with a left-folding stock. It includes three Ruger-branded 5-round magazines and a jam-nut–timed muzzle brake.

The 20-inch barrel is 4140 chrome-moly steel with a medium contour, 5R rifling, and a 1:7-inch right-hand twist. It is factory threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with a jam-nut–timed muzzle brake. The barrel is roll-marked "5.56 NATO TARGET CHAMBER," denoting Ruger’s hybrid target chamber in 5.56 NATO.
The action uses a three-lug bolt with an approximately 70-degree throw and an oversized bolt knob for positive manipulation. It runs an in-line recoil path chassis, and the rifle includes Ruger’s Marksman Adjustable trigger with a skeletonized center blade. An ambidextrous 2-position safety is fitted.
The aluminum chassis features a left-folding, fully adjustable stock with adjustable length of pull and cheek riser, buttpad height adjustment, a bag rider/monopod rail, and QD sockets. Up front is a Ruger-marked, free-float aluminum KeyMod handguard.
A factory 20-MOA receiver rail is installed. This model uses Ruger-specific .223-pattern magazines; three 5-round Ruger-branded polymer magazines are included. Country of origin is the USA. The serial range falls within Ruger’s bolt-shroud safety retrofit notice.
