The XSeries XCompact R2 configuration delivers a compact 9mm package with a 3.6 inch barrel and 15+1 capacity, paired with Sig's striker-fired P320 fire control unit. The XSeries flat-faced trigger and aggressively textured XSeries grip module provide a modern, duty-ready control layout in a compact size.
The slide is finished in matte black and features front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation. It includes an optics cut (R2 interface) with the cover plate installed, and the sights are dovetailed: a green-dot front and a square-notch rear.
The frame is a black polymer module with an integral Picatinny/M1913 accessory rail on the dust cover. The modular P320 FCU design allows the user to swap grip modules, slides, and calibers within the P320 system.
Magazines are factory SIG steel double-stack units stamped "MADE IN ITALY." The pistol is marked NEWINGTON, NH, USA, and the factory case label is dated 10-Mar-2021. Manufacturer part number is 320XC-9-BXR3-R2.
