The MAC 1014 uses a Benelli M4/M1014-pattern operating system with a gas-driven, dual short-stroke piston for reliable cycling. The receiver is aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish and integrates a full-length Picatinny rail. Controls include an oversized, knurled charging handle for positive manipulation.
The 18.5 inch barrel is made from 4140 steel, chrome-lined for durability, and threaded for Beretta/Benelli Mobil choke tubes. This shotgun comes with a choke set that includes F, M, C, and an extended ER Bismuth Bone Buster tube. The chamber accepts both 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells, and the tubular magazine provides a 5+1 capacity.
Sighting is handled by a robust ghost-ring setup: a wing-protected front post on a raised base and an adjustable rear ghost-ring mounted on the receiver rail. The ribbed polymer forend and fixed, pistol-grip polymer stock in black provide a stable hold. Length of pull is 13.5 inches and is not adjustable.
This shotgun includes practical, installed enhancements: a top-rail-mounted 6-shell carrier/saddle and a barrel/magazine-tube clamp with dual short accessory rail sections near the muzzle.
