The OSP slide features a direct-mount optics interface with a removable cover plate, allowing a low-profile installation of compatible micro red dots. The billet-machined slide wears a Melonite finish and incorporates front, rear, and top serrations for confident manipulation.
The 3.0" hammer-forged barrel is Melonite treated and cut with a 1:10 twist. A loaded-chamber witness port provides a quick visual status check. The pistol uses a dual captive recoil spring with a full-length guide rod.
Springfield's U-Dot iron sights combine a tritium/luminescent front dot with a Tactical Rack U-notch rear for high-visibility alignment. Controls include a left-side magazine release and a flat-faced trigger with an integral blade safety.
The black polymer frame uses Adaptive Grip Texture with a high undercut trigger guard and beavertail for a secure feel. A single-slot accessory rail supports compatible weapon lights or accessories. Manufactured by HS Produkt in Croatia for Springfield Armory, this micro-compact model is marked "SI GENESEO, IL" and has a stated capacity of 15+1. Matching serial markings appear on the slide, barrel hood, and frame.
