This PSA PA-15 is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 platform rifle with a 16-inch, 1:7-twist threaded barrel and an A2-style flash suppressor. It is in excellent condition and outfitted with practical upgrades, including a TRUGLO red-dot on a riser, a TOUGHSOUL TF-1143 weapon light with remote pressure pad, and a handguard-mounted laser. The rifle features a free-float M-LOK handguard, FDE Magpul furniture, and comes with two 30-round Mission First Tactical polymer magazines.

The PA-15 is chambered in 5.56mm NATO and uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system. The 16-inch barrel is marked "5.56 NATO 1/7" and is threaded at the muzzle, capped with an A2-style flash suppressor. Capacity is stated at 30+1 with STANAG-pattern magazines.
The flat-top upper includes a forward assist and shell deflector. An Odin Works windowed ejection-port door adds a functional upgrade. The free-float M-LOK handguard provides attachment slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock with top Picatinny sections, plus an integral QD sling socket. An M-LOK to Picatinny adapter section and a polymer FDE vertical foregrip are installed.
Optics and illumination are set up and installed: a TRUGLO red-dot sight on a Picatinny riser with a red reticle, a TOUGHSOUL TF-1143 weapon light with a remote pressure pad, and a handguard-mounted laser module. This configuration supports quick target acquisition and low-light use.
Ergonomics are enhanced with Magpul MOE furniture in FDE, including the stock and pistol grip. The rifle includes a two-point sling with a front QD swivel, and the handguard's QD socket offers flexible sling placement. A manual safety provides the standard AR-15 control layout, and the listed length of pull is 10.5 inches.
The aluminum receiver set bears the PSA crest and "PA-15 MULTI" on the lower, with "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY WEST COLUMBIA, S.C." on the right side. This rifle is made in the United States.
