Built in 1915, this Model 1912 features the early "MOD. 1912" barrel rollmark with "NICKEL STEEL" marking. The gun is configured as a takedown with a tubular magazine and is designed for bottom loading and right-side ejection. Capacity is 4+1, and the chamber is 2 3/4 inches.
The 28 inch nickel steel barrel has a solid matted rib, noted as a period upgrade. It was originally stamped FULL and is now fitted with a variable Dial-A-Choke (Poly-Choke style) adjustable choke featuring a knurled rotating collar with graduated choke markings and a slotted muzzle cap, delivering a full-adjustable choke setup. Sight alignment is straightforward with a mid-rib bead and a front bead mounted on the adjustable choke base.
The action is a pump with an internal hammer and takedown construction. The trigger group retains no disconnector for slam-fire capability. Operation is aided by the ribbed corncob slide handle.
Furniture includes a checkered walnut pistol-grip stock paired with a ventilated rubber recoil pad and black spacer, providing a 14.0 inch length of pull. The receiver and barrel wear a blued finish, and overall construction is steel, made in the United States.
