The slide is marked "CANiK METE MC9L" and features both forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. The steel slide wears a durable nitride finish, and the frame is black polymer with interchangeable backstraps to fine-tune fit.
The optics cut uses the Shield RMSc footprint, and this example comes with a MeCanik micro red dot already installed. Iron sights are a white-dot front with a blacked-out square-notch rear, giving a clear, uncomplicated sight picture.
Controls include an ambidextrous slide release and a reversible magazine release. Safety features are a trigger safety and a firing pin block. A MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover supports light or laser attachments.
Chambered in 9mm Luger, the MC9L has a 3.18 in barrel, 6.27 in overall length, 5.43 in height, and 1.12 in width. Unloaded weight is approximately 22.15 oz. Capacity is 17+1, and one 17-round steel magazine is included. The pistol is made in Turkey and imported by Century Arms, Georgia, VT, with corresponding import marks.
