The Golden Boy configuration pairs a 20 inch octagon blued steel barrel with a 1:16 RH twist for rimfire accuracy and a traditional profile. The Brasslite-finished alloy receiver cover is complemented by a matching brass buttplate and barrel band, delivering the iconic Golden Boy look.
The straight-grip American walnut stock provides a 14 inch length of pull. Overall length is 38.5 inches, and weight is 6.75 lb. The action uses an external hammer with a 1/4-cock notch safety.
This rifle feeds from a tubular magazine that loads from the front via a removable inner tube. It is compatible with .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 LR, and holds 16 rounds with .22 LR. There is no side loading gate by design.
Sighting equipment for this model includes a hoodless brass-bead front sight, and the barrel is factory drilled and tapped ahead of the receiver for the GB-CSM scope base, offering a mounting option without altering the receiver cover.
