The Model 99E uses an internal 5-round rotary magazine with a left-side cartridge counter window, a hallmark of the design that provides smooth feeding and quick visual confirmation of remaining rounds. The receiver is a solid-top steel construction with right-side ejection and is drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
The 22" round blued barrel is fitted with a ramped blade front sight and a ramped front sight base. The blued finish continues on the steel receiver, complemented by a case-colored lever for a classic look.
Stocking includes an economy-grade two-piece hardwood set with a pistol grip, impressed checkering, a straight rounded fore-end tip, and a black ribbed buttplate. Length of pull measures 13.5", offering a comfortable fit for a wide range of shooters.
A Tasco Euro-Class 3-9x52 scope is already mounted on two-piece bases with rings, providing variable magnification and a large 52mm objective. This mounted optic pairs cleanly with the rifle's drilled-and-tapped receiver.
