The SFX9 3.25 Comp pairs a compact, two-port slide-length compensator with a 3.25-inch stainless fluted barrel for a balanced, controllable micro-format package. The compensator has a contrasting metallic finish that visually distinguishes the muzzle unit from the slide.
Its one-piece 7075-T6 aluminum grip frame wears Wilson's X-Tac texture and eliminates separate grip panels, providing a rigid foundation while keeping weight low; the published unloaded weight is approximately 26.9 oz. The frame includes an accessory rail on the dustcover for mounting a light.
The stainless tri-top slide uses an external extractor and is cut for an optic plate; this pistol has a Trijicon RMR installed on the matching RMR plate. An iron front sight is retained forward of the optic window.
Controls and fire-control parts follow the single-action 1911-style layout with ambidextrous manual thumb safeties, a skeletonized hammer, and a skeletonized 3-hole trigger. The pistol uses X9-series double-stack magazines and is rated at 18+1 capacity when paired with the included 18-round magazine.
