The Taurus Model 62C Carbine is a compact, takedown .22 LR pump-action built as a modern reproduction of the Winchester Model 62/62A, with added manual safety and Taurus Security System. This blued-steel, wood-stocked carbine features a 16.5-inch barrel, a 12+1 under-barrel tubular magazine, and open sights. Made in Brazil with importer markings, it comes with its original box, manual, and lock keys.

This Model 62C Carbine delivers the classic manually cycled .22 experience with modern safeguards. It is chambered in .22 LR and feeds from a 12+1 under-barrel tubular magazine with a removable inner tube. The carbine-length 16.5-inch barrel keeps overall length to 32.5 inches, and factory literature lists weight at approximately 72 ounces with a 13.0-inch length of pull.
The rifle uses takedown construction via a knurled screw at the rear of the receiver, allowing the assembly to separate for transport or maintenance. The steel receiver and metalwork wear a blued finish, paired with hardwood furniture that includes a straight-grip stock and a ribbed wood forend. A black buttplate with the Taurus logo completes the stock set.
Open sights are standard: a fixed, driftable front blade and an adjustable rear leaf with an elevator, also drift-adjustable in its dovetail. This setup provides practical windage and elevation adjustment without adding bulk.
