Izhmash Saiga-12 12 Gauge Semi-Auto, 23 in Barrel, Russian Pre-Sanctions Import, Sporter Stock, 5+1, 3 in Chamber
This Russian-made Izhmash Saiga-12 is a 1999 long-barrel sporter configuration with detachable Saiga-pattern box magazines and a stamped-steel receiver. It was imported by Kalashnikov-USA (St. Louis, MO) prior to the July 2014 sanctions, making it a pre-sanctions import. Markings include the Izhmash triangle-arrow logo, Russian proof stamps, SAIGA-12 and Cyrillic САЙГА-12, and "MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZHMASH," with a "99" year code adjacent to the serial. It features a 23 in barrel, AK-pattern side optics rail, and a 3 in (12x76) chamber while also accommodating 2 3/4 in shells.
The shotgun retains its sporter black polymer stock with a solid buttplate and a 13.5 in length of pull, plus a black polymer fore-end with molded checkering. Sights are a raised rib with a front bead and rear notch, and the finish is matte black throughout.

What's Included
- Izhmash Saiga-12 semi-automatic shotgun
- 4x 5-round Saiga-pattern polymer detachable box magazines
Built on the Kalashnikov action, this Saiga-12 uses a semi-automatic, gas-operated long-stroke piston with a rotating bolt. The detachable box-magazine system supports a 5+1 capacity with the included 5-round magazines. An AK-pattern side optics rail is mounted on the receiver.
The barrel measures approximately 23 in and carries factory stamps "18,3" and "F1,0." Chamber markings read 12x76 (3 in), and this example also supports 2 3/4 in shells as noted. An additional "12F" marking is present as provided.
The receiver is stamped steel with a matte black finish, and the furniture is black polymer. The stock is a sporter configuration with no pistol grip and a solid buttplate, complemented by a checkered polymer fore-end for a secure hold.
Origin and markings are well documented: Izhmash triangle-arrow and Russian proofs, SAIGA-12 and Cyrillic САЙГА-12 model designations, "MADE IN RUSSIA BY IZHMASH" on the receiver, and the Kalashnikov-USA, St. Louis, MO import mark. The "99" year code adjacent to the serial indicates 1999 production, and this example was imported prior to the July 2014 U.S. sanctions.
