Built at Cugir and imported by Century Arms International (Georgia, VT), this WASR-10/63 is a Romanian AKM-pattern rifle with a stamped steel receiver, ribbed top cover, and riveted construction. It accepts detachable AK-pattern box magazines via its factory double-stack magwell.
The 16.3-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an AKM slant brake. It uses a 45-degree gas block and standard iron sights: a hooded front post and a tangent rear sight with range graduations. The long-stroke gas piston and rotating bolt provide the traditional AK operating system, and a manual safety is present.
Furniture includes a fixed laminated wood stock with a bottom sling swivel, wooden upper and lower handguards with a palm swell, and a black synthetic checkered pistol grip. Length of pull measures 12.75 inches. The receiver wears a matte black finish, and the rifle retains the left-side Combloc optics side rail for mounting compatible side-rail optics.
Receiver and import markings read: "MADE BY CN ROMARM SA/CUGIR IN ROMANIA" and "IMPORTED CAI GEORGIA, VT." The trunnion shows a serial with a 1988 prefix. Capacity is noted as 40+1. The bore is described as clean and mirror-bright with sharp lands and grooves.
This package includes one 40-round and four 30-round surplus steel magazines, plus an AKM-pattern bayonet with scabbard and leather frog, a green canvas magazine pouch, and a metal oil bottle—useful additions for range use or storage.
