The Rock River Arms LAR-8 X-1 brings .308/7.62 NATO performance to an AR-10 platform built with practical upgrades throughout. This X-Series rifle features an 18-inch fluted stainless barrel with 1:10 twist and 5/8-24 threads capped by a four-prong flash hider, a long free-float aluminum handguard with a continuous 1913 top rail, and ambidextrous magazine release and bolt stop. It runs on FN FAL–pattern magazines and comes with two 20-round steel mags, a factory hard case, and the original manual.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The installed four-prong muzzle device shows blemishing and pitting with some residual carbon buildup. Light scratches and small blemishes are present on the rifle's exterior surfaces.

Built on Rock River Arms' LAR-8 X-Series, this rifle is chambered in 7.62mm NATO (7.62x51) and uses FN FAL–pattern magazines, accepting both inch and metric types. The receiver is marked ROCK RIVER ARMS, COLONA IL with LAR-8 and CAL. 7.62 NATO; the right side is marked X SERIES with patent US 7,219,462.
The 18-inch stainless steel barrel is fluted for weight savings and heat dissipation, and is threaded 5/8-24 with a four-prong flash hider installed. A 1:10 twist supports a broad range of .30-cal projectiles.
An A4 flat-top upper with forward assist and ejection-port cover pairs with a long free-float aluminum handguard. The handguard provides a continuous 1913 top rail and a short 6-o'clock accessory rail for mounting as needed.
Controls include an ambidextrous magazine release and bolt stop, a manual safety, and a two-stage trigger. The black, 6-position collapsible stock and Hogue rubber grip with finger grooves provide a solid, adaptable interface.
Factory presentation is complete with the Rock River Arms hard case and the original operating and safety manual. The case label denotes "308 X-1 6-POS OPERATOR RIFLE, BLACK."
