The SIG Sauer P365-FUSE is a recent, long-slide addition to the P365 family, pairing a 4.3-inch barrel with a stainless slide finished in Nitron and a DLC-finished carbon-steel barrel. It is optics-ready with an RMSc-footprint cut and ships with a cover plate installed. This example comes as-new and includes three factory magazines for a maximum capacity of 21+1.
Condition
Overall Condition: As-new condition with no signs of prior handling beyond what’s typical from inspection (see photos).
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.

The P365-FUSE features the longest barrel and slide in the P365 lineup at 4.3 inches, delivering a longer sight radius with a green fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear notch. The slide includes front and rear serrations, relief cuts near the muzzle, and an RMSc-footprint optics cut with the cover plate installed.
Its striker-fired system uses a nickel-plated flat-faced trigger and has no external manual safety. As part of SIG’s modular FCU ecosystem, the fire control unit is compatible with the brand’s modular components.
Materials and finishes are purposefully matched: a stainless slide with a Nitron finish and a DLC-finished, non-threaded carbon-steel barrel. The package maintains a clean, duty-ready black finish.
The polymer grip module wears LXG laser-engraved texture and includes interchangeable backstraps for fit tuning. A full-length M1913 Picatinny rail supports accessory mounting, and a factory flared magwell aids reloads. Capacity tops out at 21+1, and this pistol ships with two 21-round magazines and one 17-round magazine.
