What’s Included
- Colt Single Action Army revolver chambered in .45 Colt
This revolver is an early blackpowder-frame example, identified by its screw-retained base pin with no crosspin. The 5.5-inch barrel is the classic artillery length, paired with fixed sights consisting of a front blade and an integral top-strap rear notch. A right-side ejector housing with a round bullseye ejector-rod head and a fluted six-shot cylinder complete the traditional SAA layout.
It carries studio/prop provenance, with W T P markings stamped on the frame. This pistol is marked "WTP" on both sides of its frame. Additional non-factory markings include numerals "3525" on the cylinder and "1342" on the interior of the loading gate, along with rectangular pad or plug-like alterations on the cylinder exterior.
The barrel bears the one-line address "COLT'S PT. F. A. MFG CO HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.", consistent with period barrel markings.
Smooth walnut grips with a stamped cartouche/monogram and numerals complement the revolver and add character to its presentation.
Chambered in .45 Colt with a six-round capacity and single-action operation, this U.S.-made SAA presents a classic configuration with clear, notable markings and a smooth action.
