The P-32 uses a DAO, locked-breech, short-recoil system, delivering reliable function in a very small format. It has internal safeties, a long DAO trigger, and a left-side push-button magazine release. There is no external slide-release lever by design.
Construction combines a 4140 steel barrel with a 7075-T6 aluminum receiver and a polymer frame finished in light grey-green. The slide has rear serrations and integral fixed sights with a small blade front and a notch rear, plus a right-side ejection port.
