This Howa 1500 HS Precision in .300 Win. Mag. pairs a 24-inch barrel with a radial-port muzzle brake and an HS Precision Pro-Series stock featuring a full-length aluminum bedding block. Made in Japan and imported by Legacy Sports, it includes Howa's two-stage HACT trigger, a 3-position safety, and the brand's sub-MOA accuracy program. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, and the internal box magazine holds 3+1 rounds.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There is finish blemishing where a scope mount was previously installed. Minor scratches and small handling marks are present on the rifle.

The HS Precision Pro-Series stock uses a composite layup of Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber over a full-length aluminum bedding block. It is finished in gray with black webbing, includes an HS recoil pad, textured grip areas, and sling swivel studs, and provides a 13.5-inch length of pull.
The 24-inch barrel is topped with a radial-port muzzle brake to help manage recoil in .300 Win. Mag. The barrel features a 1:10 twist to stabilize common bullet weights for this caliber. Sights are not installed.
The action is a two-lug, push-feed design with an M16-style external extractor and a plunger ejector. It is paired with Howa's two-stage HACT trigger and a 3-position safety for clear handling and operation. The receiver wears a matte gray finish and is drilled and tapped for scope bases (no bases installed).
Feeding is via an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate for a 3+1 capacity. This rifle is part of Howa's HS Precision series and participates in the Howa sub-MOA accuracy program. Markings include "Made in Japan" and "Imported by Legacy Sports, Reno, NV."
