The 24.5 in steel sporter-profile barrel wears a blued finish and a hooded ramp front sight. The receiver includes Sako's integral tapered dovetail scope bases with anti-glare, checkered flats, providing a clean, rigid mounting interface when optics are added.
Feeding is via an internal 5-round staggered box magazine with a hinged floorplate. The rifle carries Finnish proof marks and a Garcia Sporting Arms, Washington, D.C. import stamp, reflecting its U.S. distribution during the Garcia era.
The Standard Grade walnut stock features a Monte Carlo profile with a right-hand cheekpiece, cut checkering, and crossbolt reinforcement. It is outfitted with a ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer, sling swivel studs, and a 14.0 in length of pull.
