The TP9 Elite SC is a striker-fired, subcompact 9mm built on a black polymer frame with textured grip panels featuring CANIK logos. It employs a captive dual-spring recoil assembly and a double-column magazine system. The frame is marked “Fires Without Magazine.”
The slide is optics-ready with a Shield-pattern footprint and comes with a cover plate installed. It uses a dovetailed, drift-adjustable square-notch rear sight and a phosphorous white-dot front sight, alongside an external extractor.
Controls include ambidextrous slide stop levers and a left-side magazine release. Safety features consist of a trigger safety, firing pin block, a visual striker status indicator, and a top-mounted loaded chamber indicator.
