This Les Baer Custom Premier II Super-Tac is a full-size .45 ACP 1911 with a hard chrome finish and a match-grade, bushing-fit 5" barrel. It features LBC low-mount adjustable rear sights with a matching white-dot front, a checkered front strap with a high undercut, and a lightly beveled magazine well. Iowa-era "LE CLAIRE IA USA" frame rollmark and a "BAER .45 MATCH" barrel hood marking are visible, and the pistol comes with two Chip McCormick 8-round magazines, the factory box, and paperwork.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Minor pitting is present inside the slide serrations and grip serrations. Light scratches and small blemishes are visible on the hard chrome finish.

The Super-Tac variant builds on the Premier II foundation with practical enhancements for control and reliability. A hard chrome finish covers the steel slide and frame, complementing front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered ejection port. The "BAER .45 MATCH" marking on the barrel hood is visible through the ejection port.
Ergonomics and handling are refined with a high undercut behind the trigger guard, a checkered front strap, and a lightly beveled magazine well. A GI-style checkered recoil spring plug is retained. Controls include a beavertail grip safety and an extended left-side thumb safety.
The 5" match-grade, bushing-fit barrel and long aluminum trigger are set up for precision, with the trigger featuring lightening cuts, a serrated face, and an over-travel screw. The hammer is a skeletonized Commander-style unit.
Sights are the LBC/Bomar-style low-mount adjustable rear with two white dots, paired with a dovetailed front blade with a single white dot for a clear sight picture. Checkered wood grip panels complete the package.
Production details include the "LE CLAIRE IA USA" frame rollmark indicating Iowa-era manufacture. The factory box label confirms the hard chrome finish and Premier II Super-Tac 5" .45 ACP configuration. Two Chip McCormick 8-round magazines (one marked Power Mag) are included.
